What the Notification event the PersonalOffer listing type is mapped to?
Summary
The PersonalOffer listing type is mapped to the EndOfAuction Notification event.
The PersonalOffer is a ListingType that generated by API server when a seller made an AddSecondChanceItem request (a non-winning bidder) on an ended listing. The original listing type for the given listing is either Chinese or Dutch. If the recipient of the AddSecondChanceItem api call accepts the offer, the EndOfAuction Notification event will be triggered.
