InquiryStateEnum
This enumerated type lists the possible states of an inquiry, including creation, refund, shipping, hold, and closed states.
No calls use InquiryStateEnum.
Enumeration Values
| Value | Description |
| AUTO_DISPOSE_MONEY_MOVEMENT_PENDING | This enumeration value indicates that a money movement related to the inquiry is pending. |
| CLOSED | This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry is closed. |
| CREATED | This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry has been created. |
| FULL_REFUND_AGREED | This enumeration value indicates that the seller has responded to the buyer's inquiry, and a full refund has been agreed upon. |
| INITIAL | This enumeration value indicates that an inquiry has been initialized. |
| ON_HOLD | This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry is on hold. During this period, seller actions such as voluntary refund, sending a message, and adding tracking information are temporarily unavailable. |
| ON_HOLD_FOR_UPLOAD | This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry is on hold for an upload-related flow. |
| OTHER | This enumeration value indicates that the state of the inquiry is unknown or cannot be determined. |
| PARTIAL_REFUND_ACCEPTED | This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has accepted the seller's offer of a partial refund. |
| PARTIAL_REFUND_OFFERED | This enumeration value indicates that the seller has responded to the buyer's inquiry with an offer of a partial refund. |
| PENDING_CREATED | This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry is in the process of being created. |
| SELLER_ECHECK_FULL_REFUND_INITIATED | This enumeration value indicates that the seller's full refund to the buyer (via eCheck) has been initiated. |
| SELLER_ECHECK_PARTIAL_REFUND_INITIATED | This enumeration value indicates that the seller's partial refund to the buyer (via eCheck) has been initiated. |
| SELLER_ECHECK_REFUND_GRACE_EXPIRED | This enumeration value indicates that the grace period for the seller's full refund to the buyer (via eCheck) has expired. |
| SHIPPING_INFO_PROVIDED | This enumeration value indicates that the seller has provided shipping-related information to the buyer. |
| TRACKING_PROVIDED | This enumeration value indicates that the seller has sent the buyer's item and has provided shipment tracking information. |
